GEORGIA TINY HOUSE FESTIVAL (6th Annual)
March 20-21, 2021 (10AM-5PM EDT) // CONYERS, GA

- Maintain Social Distancing
- Face Masks are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED(is not mandated). Please note* some tiny home owners might require face mask during their home tour(while you are inside their home). They can deny your entry if you are not wearing a mask.
- Limit number of attendees entering the house tour (at any one time, no more than 4 visitors are allowed inside the home unless they travel together/same household will be able to entry houses together).
- We will be limiting the number of admission tickets in order to keep this year's crowd down in size.
- Additional hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the festival.
- Our staffs and volunteer are required to wear a mask while on duty.
- Temperatures may be randomly checked at the gate.
- Anyone who displays Covid-19 symptoms will be denied entry.
- No re-entry at the gate on the same day unless you check-out first before departing.
- Limited number of tickets available for this event so we all can practice social distancing effectively.
- Extra cleaning/disinfecting of the restrooms.
- We are encouraging online ticket sales to promote less close person contact at the gate.
- A qualified food concession with COVID-19 program is provided by the venue to ensure Covid-19 prevention is in place.
Due to the new guidelines you might experience longer waiting time/long lines. Please be patient with us as we are doing everything we can to ensure everyone has a safe and wonderful time at this year's Georgia Tiny House Festival (6th Annual).

Please join us at the 6th Annual Georgia Tiny House Festival by the United Tiny House Association. Our 20th for-charity tiny living event is being held at Georgia International Horse Park, 1996 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30013 with Free Parking!! It will a weekend full of all things “tiny“ and fun! You will be able to tour and view all sorts of tiny structures from professional builders and private home owners. Learn and connect with people who live the tiny lifestyle, and interact with vendors from both the tiny living and local communities.
Tour all kinds of tiny living structures from tiny houses on wheels, school bus conversions, van conversions, gypsy wagons and many more tiny innovations. Enjoy Talks and plenty of Workshops on subjects ranging from Building, Zoning, Downsizing, Off-Grid Applications, and other great topics from the celebrities and experts from the World's tiny lifestyle community! There will also be Live Music, Great Food, Artisans, and so MUCH MORE!
FREE admission for children ages 12 and under when accompanied by an adult who has a valid admission ticket. Military (Retired, Discharged & Active), Badged-Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, and On-Scene Emergency Responders have FREE admission ALL weekend with proof of status (this offer does not apply to spouses or family members).
Well-behaved pets are welcome as long as they are kept on leash and cleaned up after.
We are an outdoor Rain or Shine event. Save $$ by purchasing discounted tickets online by 03/19/2021 or before they SELL OUT!
Full price tickets at the gate: $20.00 for a FULL weekend pass. (We are making our standard 1-day ticket price good for a full-weekend pass.)
