Please help us create a safe and fun festival by following our "Festival COVID-19 & Social-Distancing Guidelines" listed below while attending the Florida Tiny House Festival (5th Annual)...
- Maintain Social Distancing.
- Face Masks are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (not mandated). Please note: Some homeowners might require face mask when touring the inside of their home. They can deny entry to those individuals who are not wearing masks.
- Limit number of people inside any home at any one time. Also, only those who traveled together to the event will be permitted inside homes at the same time.
- Additional hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the festival.
- Our staff and volunteer are required to wear masks while on duty.
- Anyone who displays COVID-19 symptoms will be denied entry.
- No re-entry at the gate on the same day. Only one entry per day.
- Limited number of tickets available for this event so we all can practice social distancing effectively.
- Extra cleaning/disinfecting of the restrooms.
- We are encouraging online ticket sales to promote less close person contact at the gate.
- Only food concessions with COVID-19 safety and sanitation training will be serving food and beverages during the event.
Due to these new guidelines, which were successfully introduced and implemented at our annual Georgia Tiny House Festival in July 2020, you might experience a delay in wait times and/or longer lines. Please bear with us as we are doing everything we can to ensure you and those important to you have a safe and wonderful time at this year's Florida Tiny House Festival.

Please join us at the 5th Annual Florida Tiny House Festival, which will be the United Tiny House Association's 18th For-Charity Tiny House Festival! Our 2020 Florida event is being held at The Villages Polo Park, 703 N Buena Vista Blvd, The Villages, FL 32162, and Parking is FREE!!
It will a weekend full of all things “tiny“ and fun! You will be able to tour and view all sorts of tiny structures from professional builders and private homeowners, learn and connect with people who live the tiny lifestyle, and interact with vendors from both the tiny living and local communities.
~ See many types of tiny living structures from tiny houses on wheels, school bus conversions, van conversions, gypsy wagons and many more tiny innovations.
~ Enjoy Talks and plenty of Workshops on subjects ranging from Building, Zoning, Downsizing, Off-Grid Applications, and other great topics from the celebrities and experts from the World tiny lifestyle community! There will also be Live Music, Great Food, Artisans, and so MUCH MORE!
~ FREE admission for children ages 12 and under when accompanied by an adult who has a valid admission ticket. Veterans, Badged-Law Enforcement, Active & Discharged Military, Firefighters, and On-Scene Emergency Front Line Responders have FREE admission at the gate ALL weekend with proof of status (this offer does not apply to spouses or family members).
~ Well-behaved pets are welcome, and must be kept on either a leash or in a carrier. ALL pets MUST be cleaned up after. (Due to venue guidelines, pets in violation of ANY of these matters will be required to leave the premises.)
~ This is an outdoor Rain or Shine event. Save $$ by purchasing discounted tickets online by 07/10/20 or before they SELL OUT!
